The successful applicant will have:

• Good communication skills with a proven ability to manage staff
• Experienced in yard building, fencing, water reticulation, machinery operation in steep country, & woody weed control
• Good mechanical skills
• Sound knowledge of pasture improvement programs
• Accurate record keeping skills & computer knowledge

This position will suit someone looking for long -term employment. An attractive salary will be negotiated according to experience & capabilities. A four bedroom home will be supplied with employment.
